All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after being placed.
Once processed, your order will be packaged and prepared for shipment.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
2. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is 9–14 days from the date your order is placed.
Delivery time includes both order processing and transit.
Please note that these are estimates — delays caused by the carrier, customs, or high-demand periods (such as holidays or product launches) may extend delivery times slightly.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions — these will be clearly stated on the product page or banner.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after the carrier picks up your package.
5. Shipping Locations
We currently ship nationwide across the United States.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

We’ll work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you’re taken care of.
7. Incorrect Address Policy
Please verify your shipping details before completing checkout.
If you provide an incorrect address and your order ships, we cannot guarantee redelivery or reimbursement.
