Refund policy

At Quwwah, every piece we create represents strength, discipline, and purpose.
We want you to feel confident with every purchase, and we’ll do our best to make sure your experience matches that standard.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • Free of stains, odors, or damage

  • In original packaging with all tags attached

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

If more than 14 days have passed since delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.


2. How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please email support@quwwah.shop with the following details:

  • Order number

  • Item(s) you wish to return or exchange

  • Reason for return (optional but helps us improve)

We’ll respond with return instructions and a shipping address.


3. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the same product style in a different size or color, subject to availability.
If the requested item is sold out, we’ll issue a refund or store credit instead.


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirming whether your refund was approved.
If approved, a refund will automatically be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if paid by us) may be deducted from your refund total.


5. Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return or refund, including:

  • Final-sale or discounted products

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized products


6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact support@quwwah.shopwithin 7 days of delivery.
Please include clear photos of the issue and your order number — we’ll replace or refund the item at no additional cost.


7. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your package is received safely.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank or credit card account again.

  2. Contact your payment provider; it may take some time before your refund officially posts.

  3. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received it, email us at support@quwwah.shop.
