At Quwwah, we take pride in the quality of our products. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’ll do our best to make it right.


1. Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging
  • Free of stains, odors, or damage
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

To start a return, email support@quwwah.shop with your order number and reason for return.


2. Exchanges

We allow exchanges for sizing or color issues on the same product style, subject to inventory availability.
If the desired item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued instead.


3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Final-sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized products

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.


5. Shipping Returns

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your item reaches us safely.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@quwwah.shop with photos of the issue, and we’ll send a replacement or refund.
